General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are in force since May 2025.
They apply to any appointment taking or registration carried out via the site www.euphoria-institut.ch.

By making an appointment, you accept without reserve all the conditions set out below. Any exception to these conditions is valid only if it has been confirmed in writing by Institut Euphoria Sàrl.

Tariffs of treatments and products
Our offers and tariffs are valid only in Switzerland and reserved for a private clientele.
The indicated prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included.
We reserve the right to correct any error or to modify the prices at any time, notably in the course of the year.

Liability
Institut Euphoria Sàrl declines all liability as to the content of internet sites accessible by links present on our site.
This also includes damages that may be caused by third parties, notably following an unauthorized modification of our site.

Intellectual property
All the elements present on the site (texts, visuals, layout, documents, programs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.

They are the exclusive property of Institut Euphoria Sàrl or of its partners and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or published without prior written agreement.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The sales of treatments carried out by Institut Euphoria Sàrl are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is set in Geneva if the action is brought by the user, and at the domicile of the user if the action is brought by Institut Euphoria Sàrl.

Various
Institut Euphoria Sàrl reserves the right to modify at any time the present general conditions.
If one of the clauses should be declared invalid, the other provisions remain fully applicable.
